TBot2 licenses are digital access products delivered after payment. Purchases are generally final and non-refundable once a key has been generated or delivered, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

No-refund policy

Because digital license access can be used immediately, TBot2 does not offer refunds for change of mind, unused time, game-account action, game updates, server availability, incompatible personal configurations, or failure to cancel—there is no recurring subscription to cancel under the current plans.

This policy does not remove consumer rights that cannot legally be waived in the buyer's jurisdiction.

Check before buying

  • Use the free tier to confirm that the Windows application launches on your computer.
  • Review the current feature, system-requirement, game-mode, license-duration, and session information on the Download and Pricing pages.
  • Use 3-Day Access when you want to test premium workflows with one concurrent session before choosing a longer license.
  • Ask questions through Discord before payment if any requirement is unclear.

Delivery problems

A missing email is not automatically a failed delivery. Check the entered address and spam folder first. If payment is confirmed but no usable key arrives, contact the official Discord with the provider and order identifier—never post payment secrets publicly. TBot2 will investigate fulfillment and, when appropriate, re-send or repair the purchased access rather than issue a refund.

TBot2 provides support and policy contact through its official Discord community. Do not post credentials, license keys, or payment secrets in public channels.
